Notes: Located on the westbound carriageway, immediately after a roundabout. A loop road is available taking eastbound traffic back to the roundabout although it's not very easily accessible.

It's named after the road it is off (Jubilee Way), which was itself named after the Queen's Silver Jubilee, which was when it opened.
