On the 12th May 2006 Starbucks was introduced to Corley to see whether it would rival Coffee Primo, but the two turned out to be pretty equal so they decided to leave things as they are. In 2009 Welcome Break tried Starbucks again with the opening of a new one at Warwick southbound and soon announced that they would be rolling it out across all of their services. All of Extra's new services are getting a Starbucks unit too.
They have 6,000 stores across the world (most of which, it seems, are in London!) and provide coffee for everyone - both on the go or looking to relax. It started in the 1970s and were still growing, but recently things have taken a turn for the worst and some of their new outlets are closing.
