Can I confirm that you have explicit permission to distribute their content which overrides their statement? If not, this site could get in to trouble, so I will need to intervene.

Hi,
Just so you know, I'm 99% sure the sign at Pease Pottage was a mistake. In fact, make that 99.5%.
I like to think it is showing you the ghost of a hotel, but really that's just nonsense! :)
