Here are details on the services on the A27, starting at Portsmouth and ending at Worthing (it's not thought that there are any signposted service stations after this). Feel free to contact me with any corrections, photos or opinions.

Farlington
Location: At Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO6 1UN. [Google Maps link

Also accessible to traffic on the A2030.
Facilities: Hilton Hotel, Shell, playing fields
Services type: Single site located at a junction.
Notes: Sitting off the A2030 Eastern Road.

Emsworth
Eastbound only.
Location: Between Portsmouth and Chichester, Hampshire, PO10 7RB. [Google Maps link]
Facilities: Little Chef, Total, Travelodge
Services type: Single site located between junctions on the eastbound side only.
Notes: On the Emsworth Bypass. The services are exactly 15 miles from the unbuilt Meon Valley services on the M27. Given that this section of A27 was planned to be part of the M27 right up until the last minute, it is quite likely that this was supposed to become a full motorway service area.
Stockbridge
No HGVs.

Services type: Two separate services after Stockbridge Roundabout in both directions.
Notes: Also home to an independent car dealer.
Fontwell

Services type: Single site located at a junction.
Also accessible to traffic on the A29.
Notes: Actually located off the Arundel Road.
Crossbush
Location: Between Arundel and Worthing, West Sussex, BN17 7QQ. [Google Maps link]

Facilities: Comfort Inn, McDonalds Drive Thru, BP
Services type: Single site located at a junction.
Notes: The site is a Highways Agency approved truckstop and is located off the A284.
