Here are details on the services on the A55, starting at Anglesey and ending at Chester. Feel free to contact me with any corrections, photos or opinions.

Bangor
Location: At J11, Gwynedd, LL57 4BG. [Google Maps link
]
Also accessible to traffic on the A5 and the B4366.
Facilities: Little Chef, Burger King, Esso, Travelodge
Services type: Single site located at a junction.
Notes: A large service station, it was built by Pavilion and sold to Forte in 1994 as the company wanted to focus on motorways. Pavilion wanted £750,000 for the services, although it's not thought that they got this.
Penmaenmawr
Westbound only, no HGVs.
Location: Between J14 and J15, Conwy, LL34 6UN. [Google Maps link]
Facilities: Shell
Services type: Single site located between junctions on the westbound side only.
Notes: It looks like there was once a Little Chef here.
Llanddulas
No HGVs.
Location: At J23, Clwyd, LL22 8HH. [Google Maps link]
Also accessible to traffic on the A547.
Facilities: Fifty 5 Diner, Shell
Services type: Single site located at a junction.
Notes: Formerly a Happy Eater/Little Chef-Burger King.
Kimnel Park
Location: Between J24 and J25, Denbighshire, LL18 5XW. [Google Maps link]
Facilities: Little Chef, Esso
Services type: Two sites staggered between junctions, with no connection between them.
Notes: Also called Bodelwyddan.
Singing Kettle
Location: At J31, Flintshire, CH8 8RF. [Google Maps link]
Also accessible to traffic on the A5026, A5151 and the B5122.
Facilities: McDonalds Drive Thru, BP
Services type: Single site located at a junction.
Notes: The services are actually located on the A5026. The petrol station is new.
Halkyn
Westbound only, no HGVs.
Location: Between J32a and J33, Denbighshire, CH8 8DF. [Google Maps link]

Services type: Single site located at a junction on the westbound side only.
Notes: A caravan park is also accessed through the services(!)
Northop Hall
Location: Between J33a and J33b, Flintshire, CH7 6HB. [Google Maps link: westbound | eastbound]
Facilities: Little Chef (eastbound only), OK Diner (westbound only), McDonalds Drive Thru (westbound only), Subway (westbound only), Shell (westbound only), Total (eastbound only), Holiday Inn (westbound only), Travelodge (eastbound only)
Services type: Two sites staggered between junctions, with no public connection between them.
Notes: The two services are in fact completely different, and the only thing they share is a name. Even then, they are sometimes referred to as 'Gateway services'.
