Etap, part of the Accor chain of hotels, weren't at any service stations until October 2008, where they were opened at two Extra service stations. Two more are in the pipeline at Beaconsfield and Cobham.

I think you mean Accor hotels, who, incentally are not a "small hotel group". They are one of the world's biggest, owning the Ibis, Novotel, Soitel , Etap and Formule1 brands.
