Today have been into Burger King m3 southbound and have had the worse service EVER !!! Ordered burger and chips and a black coffee was told no hot drinks !! Ordered large and charged for large actually got reg. when I took it back the guy behind the counter more a less called me a liar and said he wasn't going to bother talking to me as I was aggressive ??????? Wot???? All I wanted was my large meal !! I asked to speak to the manager and was completely ignored. So just to let u know ...I am so disgusted at the treatment ..I am going to your head office to demand they look into this and maybe the customer service training that this branch so desperately needs !!!!!!!!

Here's a little scam from the Burger King A14 Eastbound, which works a treat when you're fatigued and or have little kids with you and just want to get going on your journey. The helpful BK assistant "drops" the cash you hand over onto the counter and, guess what, it's a pound short. They look from side to side along the counter but, no, nothing's there...so you hand over another pound just so you can get away from their shitty franchise. You know the change was correct but are you going to mess around waiting for the supervisor whilst your already cold, shit food congeals even more? How many times do they pull this scam do you think? BK A14. Won't go there again.

Burger King do crap food for stupid prices. They seem to take the description 'junk food' a little too literally.

And they're another company that seems obsessed with employing hostiles with bad communication skills.

We were very disappointed with the service we received from Burger King/Cherwell on Thursday 7.7.2011 and on our return on 9.7.2011.
The staff, all are talking to each other and ignoring the customers.Yes they ask what you want and take the money, but they continue to chat with others while they give you the change. No .."do you want...need anything else..".not eaven supply you with a tray when you have two hot tea in your hand with chicken rabs.
We observed them while we had our meals...and it would be better value for us to go any where else to avoid such service in the future.

Burger King are great - taste so much better than their main rival. HOWEVER their main problem is inconstent pricing. There is a big difference between high street outlets and those in motorway service areas and train stations. When I walk into a BK in a motorway service area and see the prices I invaribly walk out again. Their main rivals seem to have far more consistent pricing so I inavriable wait for a service area with the big M sign.
The daftest example was (and maybe still is) at Victoria train station. the BK within the station had the usual inflated prices but walk outside and a few yards along the road and the BK there had the cheaper price structure.
Come on BK get your act together and have CONSISTENT pricing.

Yesterday (20th March 2011) we called into the Toddington Service Station and then into Burger King for a quick snack. Never again will I go into a Burger King if the Toddington Burger King premises are typical of other Burger Kings. This place was FILTHY!! The tables were littered with rubbish and the floor had at least 6 peoples worth of food on it. If I had seen this before I placed my order I would have left. Just as we were about to leave a very reluctant cleaning guy came round and started to VERY SLOWLY clear tables, he obviously thought the floor was OK!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! :(

NEVER go to a vegitarian restaurant if you want meat. They often don't serve meat and rarely have meat on the menu. It's discrimination!
