Rothwell MacDonalds on the A14 is an absoloute disgrace. Stopped in at about 6.30pm on the way back from the NEC on 20/11/2010. Gave us drinks and told food would be brought to us. 20 minutes later had to ask where our food was and two burgers were brought over and had been placed on tray upside down. Turning them over we found out why as the buns were soaking wet. No apology, grudging refund and it was pretty obvious as they talked among themselves in front of us that they knew something was wrong with them when they served them. Disgusting.

The toilets at totthill mcdonalds,are the most dirtiest ive come across,every toilet was full of excretement and their were hundreds of tiny flies all over the walls and floors,noone seemed at least bothered by cleaning them,the lad they had cleaning the tables looked like he needed a good bath,and wasnt interested in doing the tables that needed cleaning,he seemed happy spraying the tables that ppl were sitting at or by...come on mcdonalds get your place in order.
