Hi all, I have recently stopped off at the Motto Service station at Toddington Northbound. and was shocked to find i received a parking fine for £90 for staying longer than 2 hours. i didnt realize that this is the way that Motto now need to obtain cash from us who already use their services and buy petrol there too then, I'll surely never use these again.

Last time i ever came to you mate......and you are not getting my £90!
you have to mention that your facility is charged for parking at the time of exit with a board near the exit more clearly, as if people forgot to see the sign when they arrived at your station in the night , when they are already very tired and can miss seeing the parking board, can read it and pay it then on the same day.
It is not easy to earn 90 Pounds, especially with a family of 7.

I read on their site that they seem to be proud of introducing many of the services which are common throughout the UK.......well this is one you should be ashamed of.

Last time for me.......and you are not getting my £90!

Just stopped off at Scotch Corner services for a Coffee on my way South as I do every week and was apalled by the unprofessionalism of a Manager to I presume a young member of staff who had come in and handed a letter to her, this manager barely acknowledged the young lady and was infact quite rude and unpleasant to her, after the young lady left this manager then went onto discuss/complain about her to other members of staff, discussing her being off sick (mocking her really), quite obviously she didn't like this person, my thoughts being how does she know that nobody in the que actually knows this young lady and maybe she needs more training on how to be a manager and manage people in the correct manner, her people person skills left a lot to be desired, being a manager myself I would hate to think of anybody writing this about me. Maybe MOTO should look at their Manager at Costa Scotch Corner and offer some in-house training or move them elsewhere if they are not happy in their work or struggle with their role..... My rant over for the evening...... :)

Moto !

Ha ha ha - anyone here work for them ? What a bunch of great people (sic)

You know they treat the staff terrible - just ask about queue view when you are in and watch the faces of the staff, this is a system that they use through the internet to allow managers to dial in and 'look' at the queues at the serving counters, and they have the cheek to winge about people taking photos.

Their toilets are no worse than Roadchef's.

I stopped to get Petrol at Lancaster South services, paid £22.20 for petrol at pump number 8, joined the M6, then realised my fuel had not moved, the pump was empty. Nearly had to phone the RAC, but just made a petrol station in Whittle Le Woods, Chorley :x

I had the misfortune to go to Moto heston services yesterday , and the staff at the B.K were slow and unhelpful ,so much so that I went to the Resteraunt instead , the server said he would bring the food when it was ready . so I went to the mostly empty resteraunt , which was disgusting , after locating the cleaning trolley (obviously rarely used ) I gathered some cleaning equipment I went to clean a table . then was presented with food that I would not give to my Dog. on complaining the staff looked at me and smiled . no refund or replace as per the poster , and the manager was apparently not working so I was given a false telephone number so the staff could sit and make a mobile telephone call .
WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN DISGUSTING

We stopped at bothwell Moto services on M74 thursday 13th september 2012 and the toilets smelled and looked like they had never been cleaned since the last time I stopped there last year, this is the last time I will stop at any Moto services

I think you've got the wrong operator here. Bothwell is one of Roadchef's service areas.
