i have recently lost a relative and to cheer myself up i decided to take a trip to the burger king @ magor service station in south wales, only to find that the place had been degraded to "the burger company"
i was mortified to find that the tasty greasy king of burger had been taken over by a bunch of burger amatures
"the burger company" when i looked @ the burger instead of seeing a tasty high calorie meal i saw what can only b described as "a shit i havent yet taken" my uncle albert would b turning in his grave if he knew that burger king had been taken over..... this only proves that u are no longer the king of burgers. How can we resolve this issue?
i feel like a part of me has died inside.

On our trip to Wales on Monday from Devon, we stopped off at the services on the M4 Junction 23A and my partner and I had a delux burger each from The Burger Company there plus some oinion rings. The cost was around £16. It was mainly for her as she was hungry having worked 2 long shifts over the weekend, being a nurse. It really was a horrendous meal. The bread fell to bits once you took a bite into it making it impossible to hold the burger, and the taste was nauseating. The chips and burger were rubbery and greasy with dark oil running off. This oil was not clean and you could smell that.

Calling this a delux burger is a complete fraud. How on earth this company is allowed to be there next to Costa Coffee (a brand that generally produces consistent good coffee) is beyond me.

As we left, my partner actually apologised to me even though she had paid for it! She said 'Sorry about that, I didn't know'. She sensed I was annoyed, which I was, but not because of her, but because it is not right that a company can get away with this. I wonder how many lunchtimes this awful company has ruined?

I made a mental note as I left to make sure I post something about this company on the internet to let others know.

If The Burger Company need a motto, may I suggest 'The Burger Company "disgusting food that'll make you vomit"'.

Stopped at the Watford Gap one! Was a total rip off and was horrible! I know no motorway service food is cheap but this one you at least expect value for money right? This was the complete opposite, will not be returning and do not recommend! :(

I had a bacon cheeseburger meal at the Annandale Water services. In all honesty I didn't think it was that bad - didn't think it tasted any worse than any other fast food takeaway meal.

However, the price was just ridiculous. While you do expect inflated prices at motorway service stations, this is a no name Burger King rip off so you'd almost expect it to be slightly cheaper than a brand name, but no it was actually far more expensive than Burger King at the nearby Gretna services.

I had a chicken burger at the Sandbach services and, honestly, it was amazing. Totally delicious & freshly made. Maybe I got lucky?!

Ate at Magor Services yesterday, grabbing a burger from The Burger Company. With a name like that it sound promising? I was wrong.

Utter FILTH! No other way to describe it

The lovely looking burger in the picture turned out to be a rank looking bit of meat between two bits of bread in my box. No salad. No sauce. Nothing.

The chips were utterly vile tasting like they'd sat in oil for the whole morning.

The burger, with one bite out of it, went straight into a nearby bin as did all but the 4 or 5 chips I'd tasted. £7 wasted. Grabbed a sandwich a bit further down the road. Healthier for me, I suppose! :)

Stopped at Norton Canes services today and bought a cheeseburger. It has to have been the worst burger I have had in a long time plus service was slow. Never again!
