On a drive back down from scotland, stopped and had a Wimpys. Not a good idea as we are both struck down with food poisoning. Nice services just ignore that burger vendor.

Wimpy Clackett LAne both my daughter and I had food poisoning after eating the chicken.

Stopped on the M6 toll and was surprised to find this new name. Had to wait 5 minute while the meal was cooked (this was at 6pm so hardly off peak). The food itself was terrible. The chips were like rubber having been in the warmer for what tasted like 5 years and the burger itself was disgusting. Imagine the cheapest microwave burger you can get from the Supermarket and then charge 8 quid for it.

Overall it was disgusting. It was more expensive than a motorway Burger King but nowhere near the quality. The burger van outside B&Q does a better burger for a third of the price!

unfortunately visited the Northampton 'Big Burger' experience on 01.10.10. the food was disgusting, the meals where too expensive for what you get (you expect to pay more at services but least you can eat the food). Chips and onion rings tasted and looked like they had been cooked days proir to serving. The burgers (2 chicken, 1 bacon cheese) tasted nasty and i manahed half. Food poisoning for all the group! complaining wasn't worth doing as they didnt understand my problem,

we stopped at services southbound on M6 toll on Sunday afternoon, and I had the best burger meal I have evr had - being vegetarian i do find that most places offer something but often that something is nothing but tasteless, well not this meal!

I was more pleased than you can imagine, i am not a burger eater and almost bipassed the burger company for a jacket potato! The vege burger wasn't advertised but it should be, it was fresh and tasty, with fresh bread, tomato, lettuce, gherkin & sauce - it really was so delicious that i felt the need to search out who the burger comany were and where i could find them, but alas there's not much chance of finding one on the high street sadly.

wouldn't mind never seeing a McDonalds ever again since the vege burger i was forced to eat from there today was disgusting and tasteless!

PLEASE LETS SEE MORE ALTERNATIVES TO MCDONALDS AND GIVE US SOME HIGH STREET BURGER COMPANIES!

Do yourself a favour and avoid The Burger Company.

Absolutely disgusting, my burger was so greasy you couldn't pick it up, turned my stomach, rubbery chips, all for the grand price of £8.00 yum!

Hmm, not great.

Just been to the M20 Leeds services hoping to lunch on a Wimpy burger but Wimpy has been replaced with The Burger Company. Burger felt cheap, greasy. The fries were limp and even though I saw them being cooked they look like yesterdays leftovers.

I wont be going back.

BRING BACK WIMPY!!

Stopped off at Sedgemoor services and fancied a Wimpy Burger. Found it had been replaced by 'the Burger Company' Thought I would give this a go. Warning signs were the prices!! wow £4.99 for a single, original burger on it's own, with no fries or drink. I thought well at that price this must be a good burger. Was I wrong! The pickles and sauce inside the burger were so acidic and vinegary it was almost inedible, the burger was beyond greasy and I couldn't finish it because it tasted so bad. £4.99 down the drain! Do not, I repeat do not waste your money on this company's diabolical food. My brother also went here a week later and surprise, surprise got food poisoning. I will be surprised if this company lasts the year with those prices and that terrible quality of food. Yuck!
