Hmm, does that remind you of the work of a certain other service station operator whoose name shan't be mentioned, other than that it begins with a 'W' and ends with a 'elcome Break'?

Seriously though, I hope this goes well. I've never heard of Cotton Traders - what is it and where else can they be found?

How will you be able to tell whether the new look is a success or not? I can't see many people pulling into Strensham specifically because thye have heard about the new facilities, and once they've stopped very few people will go elsewhere if they don't like what's available. You'd have to do some mighty examining of the sales figures to notice a difference.

RoadChef have been rolling out business lounges associated with Costa for some time; part of the seating area at Watford Gap southbound was partitioned off a little while back for this purpose, and there is an alcove at one of the Tibshelfs, at least, with similar branding.

Do you remember what used to be where the costa in the large food court style area is? My memory was of a Children's Play Area. Also does anybody know what they used as the main restuarant while Soho Coffee Co. had opened but Hot Food Co. hadn't as restbite needed 2 units? Did they have a temporary one or did they have to use Costa?
