went into buton with derby services tonight 07/09/2011 for shower,tea and to park up with my lorry,went in for shower,asked the till operater for key for shower which he and she both shrugged shoulders and looked at me as if i was stupid and seemed not interested in the slightest!!! on asking for key again they said there is no key as the cleaner has it and wont be in till 8pm,this is of little use to lorry drivers who have an early start in the morning!!! what do the operaters mean by allowing this to happen? do they expect drivers to wait in a queue at 8pm till everyone has a shower?the operaters quickly take money off drivers for parking!!! they did not recieve any money from me as i walked out totally disgusted not only about the showers being locked but also by the unhelpful and uncaring nature of the two staff at the pay desk!!! (SHOCKING) was going to park but went and parked elsewhere as was totally hacked off!!! WONT BE BACK IN A HURRY!!!

Just stopped for break at Cambridge services. No coffee available in garage or smiths, just overpriced ogffering from costa. Think the word 'poor' is missing from the services signs. Won't be stopping here again, BP at Brampton 10 miles up road!
