Recently (and controversially) given the go-ahead. The site is unique in all ways: it will be built on a works unit, where a service area was once planned. Due to the density of the surrounding area, the car park will be built in Perry Park and the main building will be built, soundproofed, under the motorway. There will be sliproads connecting it to both sides of the motorway.
