The 5th July was day 169 of the M27 Widening roadworks, and good progress is being made. Here's what it looked like:
Not many photos today, but here's we're heading westbound and the excavation works are at an advanced stage.
There's quite a bit of tidying up to be done though!

The more trivia things are starting to be done now, here we can see the noise barrier being replaced by a more modern one. I never got to photograph it, but you could get an excellent view from here whilst the boards were done, with people's gardens in the foreground and a wide view of Portsmouth Harbour in the background.
