Very small and shrinking services on the A449, at the end of the M50. There is little more than a petrol station left, although it's thought that the services are being expanded.

Trivia:

Although the name 'Ross Spur' derives from the nearby town of Ross-on-wye, the services are actually named after the M50, which is officially known as the 'Ross Spur Motorway'.

The old, derelict services building is still there (with suspicious Welcome Break-shaped signs!) just to the east of the petrol station.
