Moreton Valence services would have been ten miles north of Michaelwood, 21 miles south of Strensham and ten miles south of another unbuilt service area at Staverton.

Today, this service area has four 'sliproads to nowhere' and two fields which are clearly shaped with a service station in mind. There is road bridge over the M5 immediately south of the proposed service area and at either end of it there is a small road which runs alongside the M5 and ends at the fields, these would have been the services's emergency access roads.

Interestingly, the services would have been slightly off-alignment with each other, although not to the extent of nearby Michaelwood. Does anyone know the reason for this?
