This filling station was formerly operated by Esso and in late 2015, an extension was built on the left side of the shop for the Greggs.
The restaurant was a former large Happy Eater, built by Forte. It was one of the first to become a Little Chef. Granada added Burger King and a Coffee Tempo! soon followed, although it became Little Chef Express. The Little Chef closed in January 2018.Euro Garages have lodged a planning application with Cherwell District Council to redevelop the site, envisaging two drive-thru restaurants and a drive-thru coffee shop. According to a report in the Bicester Advertiser of 1 February 2018, the brands depicted in the proposal are Burger King, Starbucks and Leon, though there is no evidence the three are committed to the new development. Oxfordshire County Council have objected to the redevelopment on the grounds that the transport statement is 'inadequate'.
