The new Commerce Business Park opened in 2006, with a new roundabout on the Frome Bypass. That petrol station opened in 2019, and this was celebrated with some new road signs highlighting the facilities from the A361.

Trivia and History
The restaurant opened as a Table Table. It became a Beefeater in 2018. Its name is a reference to Formula 1 driver Jenson Button; the hotel is positioned close to the junction of Jenson Avenue and Marshall Way.
The filling station originally opened with a Subway store inside however this was swapped to a Greggs store during the first 2020 COVID-19 lockdown with the store opening in August 2020.
