Trivia and History
The site was built in 1994 by Margram. It is positioned on the A284, leaving space for the Arundel Bypass to be built (it was cancelled in 1996 but may be brought back). If it's built, the facilities will see a drop in passing trade.
The shop here was formerly branded Mace and operated by Snax 24.
The Comfort Inn was built in around 1996 as a condition of Friendly Hotels partnering with Choice Hotels.
