Trivia and History
The site opened in 1989 as a Kelly's Kitchen with a Petrofina forecourt next to the roundabout. It is positioned on the old alignment of the A5 prior to the Fenny Stratford Bypass opening earlier that year.
In 2012 the Little Chef was closed and demolished. The forecourt changed from Total to Shell the following December.
The roundabout came to be known locally as Kelly's Kitchen despite that restaurant having closed in 1991. This looks likely to be added to the road signs in 2018, meaning people may start to call the services by that name too.
The forecourt is operated by Shell.
