KFC outlet at Charnock Richard, situated on the foot bridge near the Northbound stairs. KFC is Charnock Richard’s oldest brand, first opening in the 90’s. It works alongside BK to form the bridge-based food court. This unit was refurbished in 2021 & a communal seating area is provided opposite, meaning KFC doesn’t have seating of its own. KFC was quiet during my visit, despite it being a highly recognisable brand for Welcome Break. KFC is signposted lots around the building & from the M6.
