West Cornwall Pasty stand at Cobham, situated right of the main entrance opposite Tapori & near WHSmith. This is a small, centrally situated unit which is operated by Moto and has traded from Cobham since 2017. Unlike other Extras, this WCP didn’t replace anything except from some of the customer seating. Customer seating is situated behind the unit, so it doesn’t need its own. West Cornwall Pasty isn’t very obvious walking past, with only a temporary advertisement showing customers it’s here. West Cornwall Pasty primarily works as a takeaway unit ensuring customers can be fed whilst stopping, but don’t need to sit down. This is useful for when Cobham gets busy and seating is used up. This pic evidences the high ceilings at Cobham and spacious feel of the interior. It’s huge! WCP do inflate their prices significantly when it comes to the motorway, putting customers off. West Cornwall Pasty also provide Krispy Kreme donuts for Cobham. Originally, the Krispy Kreme cabinet was situated in the former “Welcome Break” section of the building, but when Moto opened this unit, KK moved here and removed the cabinet from the other end of the inside. During my visit, West Cornwall Pasty was fairly quiet, contrasting significantly from other brands the site offers. West Cornwall Pasty and Krispy Kreme are not signposted from the M25.
