From the A30 westbound, you need to leave at the Cardinham Downs junction. Take the first left to cross the bridge, and then turn left at the end of the road. Turn left again to rejoin the A30, and take the first left to enter the service area.

From the A30 eastbound, the access is direct from the road, after the Cardinham Downs junction.
