Costa lounge at Sandbach North, set opposite the food court, nearer the entrance. Costa occupies a large portion of the building and obtains seating of its own. It was recently renovated to include self-service machines. Costa seems very separate from the other food units here. Costa replaced Cafe Continental (a former Roadchef-own coffee chain) in 2000. As motorway Costas go, it’s quite tidy and presentable. It was busy during my visit and Costa is signposted from the M6 and frequently advertised around the building. The franchisee that own Roadchef Costas inflate their prices significantly, making Costa somewhat unaffordable for some customers. This unit also loses some trade to the Drive Thru kiosk outside.
