Diminutive customer seating area at Medway, located in front of Costa and serving customers from Burger King. The lack of seating here would become problematic if the site gained a large influx of customers. Before various refurbs, there used to be more seating here & beige tiled flooring. In 2015, seating was rearranged & in 2018, new flooring was added. During my visit, this seating basically wasn’t being used. Despite this seating area changing beyond recognition since 2009, you can tell Medway’s an old site & it has the same atmosphere as many other 1960’s Rank/Granada buildings.
