The externally accessed Greggs outlet at Medway, situated next to the Eastbound entrance. Greggs is obvious to customers at Medway East & doesn’t require you to access the amenity building, taking some trade away from brands inside (BK/Costa etc). Westbound doesn’t have its own Greggs unit. There are picnic benches opposite but otherwise Greggs doesn’t have any customer seating. It was fairly quiet during my visit, however Greggs is signposted from the M2 as well as lots around the Eastbound side. Compared to high street branches, Greggs inflate their prices and reduce their menu on the motorway.
