WHSmith convenience store at Medway, situated near the Westbound entrance. It operates 24 hr & becomes a much more important facility during uncivilised hours. It’s a small unit, offering customers travel essentials. It would’ve opened in around 2007/2008 and has had some trade taken away since 2015 (when M&S opened). This store houses Costa Express & a Krispy Kreme cabinet. WHSmith isn’t signposted from the road & not very frequently around the building, resulting in it being slightly quieter than other units here. Virtually every English motorway services has a WHSmith store somewhere!
